How is Pricing Determined?

Sierra Hearth & Home is a design center. Everything that we sell is based on the concept and design request. Come in and see us to get the best estimate!

Can I speak with a Service Technician?

While we do have in house service technicians, they are not available for over the phone diagnostics. 

How far out are we booked?

Installation: During spring and summer we are typically booked out 2-4 weeks, but during our busier season, Fall and Winter we can be booked out as far as 6 weeks. 

Service: During spring and summer we are typically booked out 2-4 weeks, but during our busier season, Fall and Winter we can be booked out as far as 6-12 weeks. 

Beat the Heat!! Service your fireplace during the summer and do preventative maintenance. 

What shops are we near?

We are located in the Quail Ridge Shopping Center. Near Ming's Chinese, Carson Paint Mart and Starbucks, across the street from Wells Fargo and Green House Garden Center.

Do we sell just fireplaces?

No. We sell an array of products! Window Coverings, Closet Organizers, Fireplaces, Fireplace Accessories, Solatube Products, Mantels, Finishing Walls, Outdoor Heaters, Pellet Grills, Smokers and MORE!

Do we do chimney sweeps?

We only book chimney sweeps between June and September. If it is not chimney sweep season we recommend you call Ashes Away 775.267.5115

Do we run gas line or electrical?

No. We are not licensed to run the gas line or electrical for any of our products. We recommend you hire a professional for these services. 

Do we pull your permits?

Ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to pull a permit, but at the customers request we can pull the permit for them.
